Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Repyrus platform. By using Repyrus, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before creating an account.

1. Acceptance of Terms

  • By creating an account or using the Repyrus platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.
  • If you are using Repyrus on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
  • If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Repyrus service.

2. Description of Service

  • Repyrus is a trading journal and performance analytics platform that allows users to log trades, track performance, and analyze their trading behavior.
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time with reasonable notice.
  • We may introduce new features or services, which will be subject to these Terms unless stated otherwise.

3. User Accounts

  • You must create an account to use most features of Repyrus. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you.
  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and keep this information up to date.
  • You may not use another person's account without permission, or create an account using false information.
  • You may not share your account credentials with others or allow multiple users to access a single account (unless on an Elite team plan).

4. Subscription and Payments

  • Repyrus offers both free and paid subscription plans. Details of each plan are available on our Pricing page.
  • Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Billing is processed by Stripe.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
  • We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods unless required by applicable law.
  • We reserve the right to change our pricing. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any price changes take effect, and you will have the option to cancel before the new pricing applies.

5. Your Content

  • You retain full ownership of all trade data, journal entries, and other content you submit to Repyrus ("Your Content").
  • By submitting content to Repyrus, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
  • You represent that You Content does not violate any law or infringe the rights of any third party.
  • We do not claim any ownership rights in Your Content. We will not sell or share your trade data or journal entries with any third party without your consent.

6. Prohibited Uses

  • You may not use Repyrus to engage in any illegal activity or to violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • You may not attempt to access, probe, or compromise the security or integrity of our systems.
  • You may not use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the platform without written permission.
  • You may not resell, redistribute, or create derivative works from the Repyrus platform or any content generated by it.
  • You may not use the platform in a way that could damage, disable, or impair our servers or networks.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • REPYRUS IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
  • We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
  • Repyrus is a journaling and analytics tool only. Nothing in the platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security.
  • Trading involves significant risk. Past performance data shown in Repyrus does not guarantee future results.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Repyrus and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
  • Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

9. Termination

  • You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.
  • Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases. You can export your data before terminating your account. After 30 days, your data may be permanently deleted.

10. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect.
  • Your continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the service.

11. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
